Introduction to Global Engagement
I actively participate in international workshops, seminars, and policy dialogues to exchange knowledge and adopt global best practices in labour governance. My work ensures that Karnataka’s labour policies align with international standards while effectively addressing local challenges.
Through these global engagements, I facilitate mutual learning between India and other countries, strengthening frameworks for dispute resolution, social protection, and workplace safety, particularly for informal and vulnerable workers.

International Collaborations
I have collaborated with organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Social Security Association (ISSA) to develop innovative digital and policy tools for effective labour governance.
Through my participation in international conferences, I share India’s innovations, learn from global experiences, and adapt international solutions to the Indian labour context, benefiting both workers and employers.

Training & Capacity Building

My training programs focus on PoSH compliance, industrial relations, labour code implementation, and social security awareness, ensuring that knowledge is not only delivered but effectively internalized for practical impact.
