About Me
Leadership Philosophy
I believe that strong labour governance is rooted in human dignity. My approach emphasizes transparency, fairness, and inclusivity, ensuring that both formal and informal workers receive protection while industries maintain compliance.
I focus on integrating evidence-based policies with practical implementation, bridging the gap between legislation and everyday workplace practices. This philosophy enables effective dispute resolution, improved social security access, and safer work environments.
